Date and Location

Code Of Conduct
Prior to attending PIPELINE 2017, please read our Code of Conduct. Every year we make an active effort to encourage diversity of attendees and speakers, and it is incumbent upon all of us to provide a safe learning environment for one another.
Keynote and Invited Speaker
Dan North will be our keynote speaker on “Ops and Operability” and Rachel Laycock will be our invited speaker on “Continuous Delivery At Scale“. We’re looking forward to hearing from both Dan and Rachel!
Schedule and Open Spaces
Details on our 2017 schedule and speakers can be found online. Aside from Dan and Rachel, our speakers were selected via blind submission to ensure each proposal was assessed on its merits. We have speakers from the UK and abroad, plus someone called “Dave Farley” who keeps passing blind submission each year…
All of our talks are categorised as Beginner, Intermediate, Expert, or All so you can choose what is best for you. We also have some Open Space sessions, in which speakers and attendees can share ideas about a particular topic within Continuous Delivery. The pre-selected themes for PIPELINE 2017 are Culture, Infrastructure, and Testing, and you are encouraged to bring your questions!
PIPELINE is run by a group of independent Continuous Delivery specialists operating as a not-for-profit company, so to make PIPELINE affordable for attendees we rely on the generosity of our sponsors to cover the cost of the venue, catering, etc. Please take the time to visit our sponsors in the Garden Suite – they would welcome the chance for a chat.
PIPELINE Social and LondonCD Meetup
After the conference, please feel free to join us for drinks and nibbles from 17:30 onwards at a pub less than 5 minutes walk from the venue. A number of folks from LondonCD will be there too so good conversation is guaranteed!
We look forward to seeing you at PIPELINE!
Tickets are now on public sale for PIPELINE 2017! You can find all the details on our Tickets page.
This year we had a Dark Launch of Super Early Bird and Early Bird to previous attendees and speakers, as part of our ongoing efforts to grow the Continuous Delivery community in the UK and worldwide. As of today our Regular tickets are on public sale to everyone, on a first come first served basis.
As usual we have set aside some discretionary tickets at the Super Early Bird price for those people traditionally under-represented in the IT community, or those who might not be able to attend for financial reasons. We are more than happy to help and our Tickets page has full details on this process, as well as our cancellations/refunds process..
At the time of writing there are 74 Regular tickets remaining for PIPELINE 2017, so don’t delay – buy today!

Summary: PIPELINE Conference 2014 was a great event (thanks to the participants), and we expect that PIPELINE 2015 will be even better!
PIPELINE Conference was held on Tuesday 8th April 2014 at Mary Ward House in London, and brought together over 150 people to listen, talk, and discuss ideas and experience of Continuous Delivery. PIPELINE 2014 was the first conference in Europe dedicated to Continuous Delivery, and we are grateful to everyone who helped to make the event a success: attendees, speakers, staff, and sponsors.
More detailed feedback on the PIPELINE 2014 event is below, but first…
PIPELINE Conference 2015
We have been persuaded by many different people that we should run another PIPELINE Conference next year. So here is an early notice that PIPELINE 2015 will happen in early 2015 (probably late March), in London. Look out for further details in September/October 2014 on the website (http://pipelineconf.info/) and on Twitter (@PipelineConf). We will be looking for speakers, sponsors, and enthusiastic attendees, and the event will likely be slightly larger, with around 160 tickets instead of the 110 we had for 2014.
Videos from PIPELINE 2014 are now online on our dedicated PIPELINE Conference Vimeo channel.
- Keynote by Dave Farley: The Rationale for Continuous Delivery – What Does Good Look Like?
- Adriaan de Jonge: Starting a Continuous Delivery Transformation
- Alex Wilson & Benji Weber: Scaling Continuous Delivery at Unruly
- Tomas Riha: It’s Not About The Technology, It’s About The People
There is also a PIPELINE Conference showreel giving a flavour of the day, plus lightning talks from our sponsors, and a panel discussion on Continuous Delivery.
